HIGH IMPORTANCE OF KEYWORDS: I can’t stress enough the importance of keywords on both your LinkedIn profile and your resume, especially in this environment. If you are sending a resume to a large company, keywords become incredibly important in advancing your resume past the AI algorithms that cull out unqualified resume matches. If there are keywords on a job description you are responding to, that are not on your resume, it may never be read by a human. In addition, the AI ranks how many times the keyword appears on your resume and the time which you spent in a position associated with that keyword.
